4. Medical certificate of good health from a qualified medical doctor.
5. Yellow Health Immunization Card.
6. Original Personal Income Tax Clearance Certificate of Parents.
7. Original Birth Certificate of the child.
8. Original copies of the last six months pay slips of parents (with the name of the company on the pay slip).
9. Letter of Consent written and signed by both parents and addressed to the British High Commission, Lagos and Zenith Travels & Tours Limited that the child/student is entrusted to the care of Zenith Travels & Tours Ltd throughout the duration of the programme at Camp Beaumont.
10. Letter of introduction written and signed by the school authority addressed to the British Deputy High Commission, Lagos and Zenith Travels & Tours Ltd confirming that the child/student is a bonafide pupil of the school.
11. Family Pictures showing members of the family with the applicant.
12. Share Certificates, if any.
13. Certificate of Occupancy, Survey, Building plan or any other title if any.
14. Notarized letter from a Notary public should be submitted in the event of any child absconding whether with/without the knowledge, and or conscious or unconscious of the parent, guardian, sponsor, such parent/guardian would be held liable for prosecution. Such missing child shall be reported to British Police &immigration Authority. Also such missing child shall be declared missing in British and Nigeria media.
15. Minimum of 75% deposit of the cost of the package to be paid by parent/guardian/sponsors.
16. Copies of parents’ international passports and Visa pages(s) if any.
17. Each child shall be requested at anytime and as many times as possible to be physically present for biometric (finger-print process) at the Visa Facilitation Centre (VFS) or any other places(s) as deemed necessary by Zenith Travels & Tours Limited and or by BDHS for Visa and other travel and Camp Beaumont related processes.
18. Where the sponsor is not the parent, it is mandatory for such sponsors to present core evidential document confirming his/her core legality and relationship to the child as sponsor/guardian e.g. sworn affidavit from the court.
19. Provide document that explicitly show the origin of Funds and or income in your Statement of Account especially where you have a sudden huge deposit in your Statement.
20. Evidence of documents of parents’ personal business (es) if parents are self employed as sponsors and financiers of the trip e.g. original copies of Company’s invoices, receipts, Memorandum and Article of Association, certificate of Incorporation, company’s tax clearance e.t.c.
21. Original copies of Residence Permits of both parents if parents are expatriates.
22. Where the student is a foreigner, original copy of his/her resident permit/status should be submitted.
23. Original copies of letter of employment of parents.
24. Where a company’s Bank Statement is one of the sources of funds to finance this trip a document authorizing the sponsors/(parents) unrestricted access to spend the funds in the Bank Account.
25. Provide any other relevant documents that could aid the issuance of Visa Application of the Applicant.
