FREE TEACHER PLACE
Depending on the destination and elements of the study tour package, We have a policy of one free teacher for 10 paying students (with visa where applicable) all our tours except to North America, Canada, Caribbean, Asia and Far East. Though certain level of concessions are provided as incentives.

CUSTOMISED FLYERS
We do specisalised flyers and with special quotation at the request of the schools or Marketing Partners to meet with their peculiar and customised needs.

MINDERS, CHAPERONE & ACCOMPANY ADULTS
In some cases, we encourage parents to travel with us as Chaperones/ Accompany Adult Minders, Observers, and Assessors to monitor and see the structure of programmes on a firsthand experience, available only for our English Days & Years at Walt Disney World programme.

24 HOUR SUPERVISION
We have well experienced child friendly staff who see to the needs and welfare of all our travelling students and Campers on a 24 hour basis and they are more of Big Brothers, Big Aunties, Big Uncles, Big Mummies & Big Daddies to them.

INSURANCE
Medical Insurance is provided for all the travelling students, teachers, officials and parents during our tours and programes.

SPECIAL DIET REQUEST
We are conscious of the fact that some students have allergies to some meals and environments we make sure that the interest of such students are of paramount in our programme and given adequate attention and provision. Let us know your diet menu and it shall be provided.

FOOD
The food of the hosting country or community is served to the children as part of the cultural immersion for the students to learn about the culture and mainstay of the local people which is part of the objective of the programme-Education. Of course in some instances, we go extra miles to spoil our campers not to miss home too much by providing Nigeria delicacies to them. That is why we always say our package is "Home Away From Home".

LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE
Luggage allowance varies from Airline to Airline. In most cases, it ranges from 20kg to 36 each (2pieces) and hand luggage of 10kg. When it is more than the Airline official allowance excess luggage rate is paid.

TRAVEL LOGISTICS
We have the most structured operational system for visa application support procedures in Nigeria, very strict document assessment systems which goes through our Quality and Assurance Department before they are submitted to the appropriate Embassy, Consulate or High Commission. Luggage labelling and identification procedure and pre-travel assessment packaging are carefully put in place.

VISA PROCESSING
Please note that we do not guarantee visa or Entry Clearance absolutely because each application is treated on personal merit by the sppropriate embassy/consulate high commission.

BY AIR TRAVEL
Our travel service starts immediately visa processing for the entire student group and accompany adults/minders/chaperones is completed. List of travel items for the students and adults is sent to the schools.

On the day of travel, we expect the school or parents or guardians as the case may be to bring their children or their group to our specified Point of Departure where we do a check list of all their travel documents, luggages and state of health. From there, we take over all the members of the group who ride in our Coaches to the Airport for boarding of our flight.

There at the Airport we have very robust working arrangement with all the Airlines and Security Agents who always give our group fast track services. Depending on the Airport of Departure, we travel from all international and local airports in Nigeria. Zenith Travels & Tours staff is always on ground to see our student group through the Airport and Check-In formalities.

Very competent officials of Zenith Travels & Tours are always with the group throughout the entire duration of the journey to attend to the needs and queries of the group. On arrival at our destinations, staff of Zenith Travels & Tours and our hosting partners are always on ground to receive the group after passing through all necessary immigration processes on arrival for final ferrying to our camp or accommodation venue.

AIRLINE
The airline of choice is at our discretion but we always travel with the best Airline available like British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Arik Air to mention but a few.

BY ROAD
We have in our fleet both air-conditioned and non air-conditioned comfortable coaches to convey the students to all the study tour destinations and for airport transfers.

REGISTRATION AND APPLICATION PROCEDURE
The parents or school pick the appropriate form from our office or download from our website or fill online. On completion of the filling of the appropriate form, the parent will submit the filled Registration Form to our office if it was not fill online or scan as attachment and send to us through email. The parents are expected to submit the visa requirements along with the Form. Download and print out the visa requirements of the appropriate country from our website.

MEDICALS
In the event of the need for any medical intervention, we have very strong working relationship with adequately equipped and Government approved hospitals and medical centres within a 5 minute drive from any of our programme location.

PRICE STRUCTURE
When you book your school study tours with us we give you an all inclusive tour price that does not include any other hidden charges. Our prices are the most competitive and this can be attest to by schools that have connected to our study trips. All our educational study tours cost include: Curriculum based educational programmes, return flight ticket, educational study tours/excursions, entry fees to attractions, feeding, juice/snack breaks, insurances, work-pack, airport transfers, local transportation, accommodation and visa administration but the cost of International passport and pocket-money are not included.

SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (SMS)
As the students are having educationally-fun, filled programmes we are also mindful of their safety. Through the consciousness of offering a well organised education trips for schools we offer a Safety Management System as provided by our partners (Educational Travel Group Partners) that no other student tour or travel company in Nigeria offers. This consciousness makes safety a priority element in our trips and programmes.
